I took it out yesterday ran fine went outside too look the boat over notice the prop was all the way down i tried raising it the pump sounds normal but u can hear like the fluid gushing out thru a hose not on the outside...

Engine is a 135 hp mercruiser 3.0l it starts up fine runs good once i put throttle more than half open it doesnt speed up at all even if i put to full throttle. At times if i keep the throttle open for about 3 minutes it finally speeds up
