what spark plug should i use

I have a 4.3l v6 that I have been running, and I have been using ACMR43T plugs in it. However this year we added new cam, rocker arms, intake manifold and a 4 bbl carb. My question is should I run a hotter plug than the 43T, I was thinking 44T or even a 45T. <br />any suggestions
