ok i have a 1997 5.7 gs volvo penta . OK here is what is going on . I've changed ignition bypassed safety neutral switch also bypassed emergency kill switch. Traced wires everything looks good . I have 14 volts at ignition all guages and accessories work . Engine won't turn over to start with...
sat up over winter and part spring... went to take out and has steady miss at mid range thru high rpm and rpms max out at 4700 under load.. pulled plugs and #3 was gas fouled or damp so changed plugs and that did not help any suggestions
