The attachment had the wiring schematic at the bottom. That's how I hooked up the switch.
If I take the leads going to the foot/ armature, and connect to 12V, the prop spins, so that puts the issue somewhere up top.
Sorry been busy this week, so haven't had a chance to get back out to the shop...
Long story short, I have one I took apart, found the board was bad, and two years later someone is kind enough to rebuild the board.
I've scrounged the parts, but have no idea how to wire the switch. I found this thread but the pic isn't very clear, and a lot of the wires are already off...

I read the sticky on changing the lower unit oil. My question is regarding filling the unit through the "drain/ fill hole". I assume the motor is sitting upright during this procedure, so I'm wondering why you wouldn't pop the top and bottom plugs out, allowing the oil to drain the bottom...
