i have a 1999 bayliner capri, and the tac stopped working , appears to have power at the dash unit and the ground is good, it was working last year and is now stuck on about 1000 rpm. any suggestions for repair?
i have a 1999 bayliner with a alpha 1 outdrive, speedometer doesn't work although i have blown air through the tube and it will work then . wondering if where it connects on outdrive if that could be bad, and how do i replace it
