It is kit is from "emp" I just got off their website I thought it was quicksilver. It appears to be theirs but says it replaces the merc part number Mercury 8M0125852 | 861156A03. I'm not getting fuel to Schrader valve, just air. I may go buy another gauge but this one was brand new.

Correct pump is installed along with new copper cooler.
I am still not getting more than 10 psi at rail with my gauge.
Is there a specific bleeding procedure after having all those lines disconnected?

I am able to build 10psi of fuel with pump above fuel water separator disconnected as you described. Leaning towards vapor lock or bad out of the box pump?
