I recently bought a sailboat thats been sitting for a few years. It seems to have been winterized but still its been sitting. Is there any precautions I should take prior to trying to start it. this is my first diesel motor so sorry for the complete newbie question
I have had this motor for a long time and it works great when the foot control isn't failing it seems every two years or so it goes bad. the weird thing is realistically I only use it a few times a year. My question is does anyone know of any way to rewire the plug that will bypass the foot...
