We just purchased a 20' pontoon with a 2000 merc 40 hp four stoke. The boat sat up for a while and was leaking fuel so we had the carbs cleaned. Now runs fine at idle and up to about 10 knots or 3800 RPM. It cuts out past 3800 RPM, feels like it can't get fuel. Runs fine in nuetral past...
