Took it on the lake again today. Ran better than yesterday but died a few times on me and was difficult to restart. Out of the water it starts everytime now and runs until I shut it off. So it seems that it is having issues under load.
Just noticed the throttle lever was stuck and not going all the way down to idle. I fixed it and am adjusting the idle screw and the engine cuts out before the prop stops rotating. Should I turn the screw to the position right before the engine cuts out?
Got the boat out on the water today. The motor started and ran for a few minutes. It actually moved my boat at a decent speed. Then it died and the only way I could restart it is with the prop out of the water. As soon as I dropped it back in the water it died again. Any ideas?

So I got new fuel lines on and gave it a pull and it ran for a second then stopped. It wont start again unless I spray carb cleaner into the carb then it still cuts out after a second. Any thoughts?
