I have a 1964 seaswirl P-14 in very good shape. The are I would like to next focus on is the worn out traffic areas in deck of my little 14' seaswirl. Looks like it was originally painted a grey color and I would like to repaint it to make it clean looking again before I put in the new seats...
Any idea what a 28HP 1962 Johnson RX-10 converts to today's Horsepower? Would it be more? Less? I know that I need to use synthetic at a ratio of 24:1 but as for the power people have differing opinions on what horsepower it would convert to in today's standards.
I purchased this johnson RX-10 and I need to know the weight. In Washington state we have to have the boat trailer weighed and since I have no place to take my boat off and just weigh the trailer I will have to weigh all together. I know my seaswirl 1964 p-14 weighs (hull) 365 LBs. If I knew...
