    85 hp bogging to half speed at full throttle?

    i have a 71 85hp evinrude and at full throttle it bogs down to half speed , then after a bit it speeds up to full throttle. anyone have any sugg. where to start. thanks

    71,85hp evirude wide open tends to bog down to half the speed then after a bit it will run like it should.any suggestions
