I have a 2008 Evinrude E-Tec 150 HP that is in a 25' crest pontoon boat, it has a 17 degree pitch prop. My question is this The motor will turn 4800 rpm and seems to run just fine. Is this the proper rpms for that motor and prop pitch? Thanks for any help.
I just bought a 2010 25' Crest pontoon with a 2008 E-TEC 150 Evinrude motor, I won't take delivery of this boat till spring. I want to know if there are any differences between a 2008 and a 2010 E-TEC 150 Evinrude motor and if so what are they?
