On my 1969 9.5 evinrude. Replaced water pump/impeller. Impeller pin in place. Water sprays out in a mist, not a steady stream and is hot. Fumes also come out of the pee hole. Water flows out of head with thermostat removed. Thinking I may have a clogged exhaust housing?
