think or maybe i should say i hope im getting water in through my shifter cable i was thinking on stuffing silicone in the tube where the cable comes out in addition i found a rubber like cap that i can slide over cable and cover that enlet pretty well iwas gona put a ring of5200 on the outside...
i have a 87 omc cobra 5.7 i got a stream of water comming in at the transom just above where the two exhaust manifolds meet i see two bolts at the bottom is there more behind the coupler ?do i have to pull engine to get to them ?or is there somthing im missing ? help!!!!!!!!!!
i have 1987 5.7 omc cobra where the exhaust manifolds meet together at the back of the transom there is a v like impression in the manifolds i have a stream of water comming in from somewhere just above that v but connot see where. is there a bolt somewhere up there or whatt??? boat does not...
