Here was the problem I found.
I had a miss on the motor, acutally it was only running on 1 or 2 cyls. After a few parts and alot of troubleshooting I found the problem last night.

Ok. I have a three way charger in the boat. 1 battery is the boat and 2 run to the trolling motor. The trolling motor is 24v. I disconnected one of the batteries and forgot what posts the red and black were on.

I can pump and pump and it never gets hard, I hear air and fuel but I can just keep pumping.
Going to look at a boat today. The owner says the motor runs real good but after you run it on the water for a little while it dies. Sometime it starts right back up, sometimes you have to wait 5min.
