    Broken Tap Help

    In an effort to remove a broken tap I managed to not only chisel it out, but break off a portion of my water jacket. Is there a way I can make up for my mistake? I was thinking possibly JB Welding the crap out of the area.

    Removing Water Jacket 1984 Merc 40hp

    How the heck do you remove these bottom screws on the water jacket cover? Do you have to take of the bottom cowland if so, how?

    1984 Mercury 40 HP Exhaust

    I have the lower removed on my motor. My exhaust pipe has a little bit of wobble and is able to move up and down slightly. Is this ok? If not, what should I do?
