    1957 Johnson 7.5 HP Motor

    1957 Johnson Seahorse 7.5 HP motor. Trying to replace impeller in water pump cannot separate lower unit. Does anyone know how to disconnect shift linkage so I can separate lower unit. All other units worked on there was an access plate two screws and a plate this motor does not have one.

    1984 Force 85 hp Motor #3 cylnder not firing all cd boxes and coils functioning

    1984 85 HP Force motor, #3 cylinder not firing already replaced stator, tested all wires no breaks, all coils are functioning and still cannot figure out why #3 cylinder not working. Could the trigger be bad or does anyone have any other suggestions on what may be causing this.
