    Hello, my 1983 Suzuki DT85 outboard motor was running perfectly fine until I went to tilt my trim up or down and there was no reaction. I can hear the relays' clicks meaning they are getting power. The battery is brand new so not the problem. I've tried hitting the trim motor with a hammer...
