    Thanks @Alumarine Diameter of my current prop is 10 1/2". No clue on RPM, as it's an old boat with no guages of any kind. Top speed is about 35 mph today.

    I'm NOT looking to win a race here....but I'd like a recommendation for a prop that will help me get out of the hole nicely, and then accomplish a good top speed. The current prop is a 3 blade 12 pitch. The boat is a 16 foot aluminum runabout, so not a heavy boat...and 60 hp is the max...

    @Chris1956 - The PTT motor is indeed bad. Wires are exposed running from the motor to the engine, brushes are completely worn out, and there's visible rust down in the motor. I have a new one coming. THANKS for your help!
