I have been playing with my 15 HP 1994 Merc all summer. It just seems to keep running out of gas. I have cleaned carb and put new gaskets in it and the primer. I have replaced the fuel pump. Compression is at 90 psi in both cylinders. Spark is there. Checked the new gaskets to see if holes...
I can't get my carb adjusted on my 94 15 HP Merc. If I get it started it just speeds up and quits. Fiddled with it all morning and very frustrated. I had it apart to change fuel pump diaphragm and primer diaphragm since it quit on lake on me last week.
