G'morning, the steering cable on my Johnson 40 HP OB is seized and thus won't "turn the engine". When I manipulate the rod connecting to the cable, the steering wheel itself turns. It seems that the cable somehow does not activate the shaft leading to the engine ... any suggestions ? Thankfully...
