    trim and tilt clicking

    hello i can't get the trim and tilt to operate off the switch. when i hit the up and down switch all it does is click at the relays. i isolated the trim motor and put 12 volts to it and it ran fine in both directions. any ideas. thanks in advance.

    hello i've got a problem with my trim and tilt on my 1983 115 evinrude. when i hit the switch all i get is a click from the relays in the junction box. it does the same in both directions. if i keep playing with the switch sometimes it will catch and move. i don't think it's the trim switch...
