I resently bought a 1971 crewscraft boat and they out a 1969 chrysler 70hp motor on it. My question is why will it not fire up? The guy gave me everything to rebuild this motor and I have done that. New coil, cap, rotor, points and wires. i am getting spark to the plugs but nothing just turns...
