    Bravo 1 shaft size

    I've looked in my manual, and searched here, and cannot find the thread size for a 2000 Bravo 1 shaft (where the prop fastens). I want to lock it, and found a 3/4" lock, but I measured it at 5/8". Anyone know the size, or a link I could reference? Thanks, John

    7.4 MPI serial # ID

    Hi All: The serial # on my 7.4 MPI (2000 Baja Hammer) is 0L682098, but this website http://www.marinepartsexpress.com/merc_sch_fs.html states the 7.4 only goes up to 0L674613. Is their info incorrect, or do I have a later model engine? Thanks.

    Bravo 1 water connection

    I just purchase a Bravo 1 (attached to a Baja Hammer) and was wondering where I can attach a hose for running out of the water. The lower unit does not have the fins where I could use muffs. Thanks.
