    I have a merc 9.8 (110) thunderbolt and i need some wiring. I need the wired that connect the points to the coils. Does any one have any know what i can use or where i can get these. My real concern is the connector ends that connect to the points. Thanks

    Not sure of the year but it is A 2000 25elh ser#0t000097 the bottom cylinder is blown Can this motor be bored over since the head is actually molded into the block?

    Can the two carbs without the idle circuits be converted to used the idle circuits so that the motor will run on all four cylinders all the time?

    I am posting this for a friend. From what I am told the problem is, When the motor is running at low rpm for 5 minutes or so, then when you try to go at WOT the motors rpm go up then down and it keeps repeating. The only way to correct this is to turn if off let it sit for a minute then restart...

    I have a 91 merc 175 efi/xri should there be a constant stream of water from tell tale? I only get good water after it warms up or at higher rpms.

    Pre-made boat covers

    Has anyone bought a premade boat cover from one of the dealers on Iboats? How well did it fit? The reason I'm asking is I have a 91 champion bass boat and i'm not sure the cover will fit real good with the trolling motor. The cover are designed with a port or starboard setup but just not too sure.

    Injection oil

    I bought some synthetic injection oil from a dealer that said it will work fine for my motor. The oil says optimax and dfi motors but my motor is a 91 175 xri/efi. Is this the wrong oil or is it just fine for the motor
