Took the boat out today and noticed that the motor would not tilt or trim from the throttle lever. When in neutral or in reverse it works fine. Also, the tilt/trim switch at the motor works no matter what.

I'm thinking of buying a Garmin 80 (discontinued) or 90 (current model) for my boat. I really don't do a whole lot of fishing and I wanted something cheap to measure water depth and temp. Any opinions appreciated.
