1994 year. So the motor ran great last couple years. Started it up in a barrel this year and no water stream. Figured it was due for an impeller anyways. Impeller broke apart, I retrieved all pieces. (just the one fin broke).

Hey! I have a 5 hp Merc (1994) and the prop is pretty beat up and gouged. I feel it should move the boat faster. From what I see, the original prop was a 7" pitch, and the one that is on the motor now is 8" pitch.
The motor and boat is nice and smooth (idle to 3/4 throttle) until I go WOT...

Anyone have any experience with these? Saw them at a sporting goods store. Looked like it was a direct competition with Ugly Stik. Bent the heck out of the rods... very flexible and light. The average sizes are all about $40. Looking for another rod... a good cheap durable one.
