Has anyone mounted some sort of seat with a backrest for the helm position on an 1860CC? I like the layout, but I'd like a bit of back support while running the boat. Just curious. Thanks!
Question? Went to rebunk the trailer for my 24' pontoon. The bunks appear to be a single piece of lumber, I cannot find a splice. The bunks measure to 20' 3". Is lumber available in 20' or 24' lengths?

My pontoons have plugs and I'd like to remove them and check for water. Do they need a coat of sealant before reinstalling them? If it's a 'yea', then what brand/type is good?

I have a '91 Evinrude 150 V6. The controls feel sloppy, with no change in RPM until I have pushed the throttle lever up to about 80%. The motor never gets above 3,000 RPM even when pushing the throttle lever as far fwd as it will go. Upon return to neutral, the engine will rev to 2000-3000 rpm...
