    I did replace the fuel line going from the fuel talk to the outboard but have not checked the one from the pump

    The wire fell completely apart all the way to the box it comes out of which does not come apart to replace the wire.

    It is FUBR i could try to get another but i dont want used and idk where to get a new one i know im going to have to adjust the timing i just dont know how to do that.

    Unless that is suppose to say key but i have not raised the idle lever while cranking the key
