1994 mariner 40 hp 4 cylinder, when I start it idles good but gas coming out of bottom carb.when I tap bowl the leaking stops, could this be a float problem.
I have a 1994 mariner 2 stroke 4 cylinder o/b. When I first launch and take off it runs maybe 1/2 throttle for about 200 yards then it opens up and will not do this again all day. The next time I use it, it does the same thing. Carburetor so were cleaned,have a new power pack and trigger
