OK I purchased a new used motor the other day a 1988 merc 15HP 2 stroke cylinders both came up with 125lbs. each. Leg oil great very clean all over & well greased. Took it out yesterday Huge difference from my 8 HP Mariner LOL. which did get me up on a plane but it took a bit. This motor rises...
Any one with some knowledge or expierience? A 14' game fisher boat are they safe for inland ocean going?
I've been restoring one & was just wondering going to test mine at the lake first before I try mine in the ocean it has a simular bow to the boston whaler so I think it might be ok.
