Hoping someone can shed some light on my problem, I have a dt8 c Suzuki outboard that I just got over the winter put a new water pump in it and test ran in a barrel everything ran fine. Took it out on the river made it about a mile upstream and it started to sputter until it eventually died...
I just bought a 2003 tracker with a 90 lepto. I'm barely able to move the shifter to reverse, maybe 10 degrees, Just barely enough to engage the shifter on the motor into reverse. If I push the advance throttle button it will go all the way down in reverse. Forward gear works fine. Any ideas...
