    all glass stringers? no wood? does this mean ??!

    I have been doing research on my 72 mfg, I found some old factory ad's online bragging on how MFG used NO wood in boat's stringer system, saying all stringers are glass ? does that mean I can not have any rot down there?...what does that mean ?
