    motor without a title

    I am thinking about buying a motor without a title, this motor has been through a few guy without a title. Does anyone know if I can get a lost title, or what I could do. It is a 1985 motor.

    cooling buzzer

    My buzzer would make a tone every time I turned the key on and then it stop all of a sudden. I tried to ground the tan wire coming out of the heat sensor and it didnt do anything. I have a 1986 70hp evinrude.
