    Yesterday I drained the float bowls on all 3 cyclinders and I noticed when I tightened the screws it will not get tight but it turns, This is the first motor that I noticed that it has a gasket on the screws. Do I need to replaced the gasket or can I take it off so the screws will be tight?

    Motorguide Wireless 65lbs Thrust

    I've had no problems for 2 seasons, Now I ran into a communication issue with the foot pad and the trolling motor. Its working on and off and it beeps like crazy, I"ve replaced the battery in the remote and made sure my deep cycle battery is fully charged but still the same problem.
