Nissan motor has set up in shed for 7 years. cleaned carbs and replaced gaskets and seals. it runs fine when hooked to water hose, but when in the water under a load, it stalls when in gear. it sounds like its starving for gas, but after pulling plugs it looks like it is getting to much gas...
