    I heard that you should be able to spin it with 2 fingers and I cannot I have to grip it . That being said should I have a person spin it while I adjust the front engine mount ? Once it spins freely stop and forget about the grease marks on the shaft system.

    I’m trying to attach a polar and their three holes I’m convinced it’s 3/8 x 20 thread Would someone know by chance the thread size of the three holes on the stater pulley. I’m trying to figure out what the thread size is rather than go to Home Depot and bring back 15 bolts.

    There is no bungee jumping if you are low by 2 inches or even 4 . If you are empty then yes. start at the bottom . I was a certified Mercedes mechanic and we went rogue "bungee" many times and it was fine. One one occasion a Bungee scenario got added to the technical data sheet at a fix method.

    If the outdrive and need to be topped off it works 3-4 inches . No bungee I was a cert mercedes mechanic and we dont always go by the book you can go rogue and still be fine ........now an empty outdrive YES fill form the bottom.

    Disregard my 6: 59 post. I was looking at it wrong !!!! UGH. DUM ASS it look to be that I am ok and will add the spare next week I order my alignment tool today. I had trouble looking at it upside down and now I get it . The shaft and exhaust are part of the gimbal section.
