Hello all I got a 94 Yamaha 15 outboard just did the leg oil now I notice it’s slowly weeping out of this hole, what could it possibly be. Bad seal somewhere?? Thank you

Awesome so it doesn’t matter that it’s broken, was curious because the rubber wheel that contacts the flywheel wanted to be sure it didn’t have a purpose
