Hey guys. This is my first boat. It is a 2017 Lowe 1467 with a 20HP Mercury 4 Stroke. I have to turn the throttle about 1/3 open to get any throttle at all. At WOT on the handle it doesnt seem like the motor is actually at WOT. Here is a video of what I mean...
