    Water In Lower Unit Help

    86 Mariner 90 Hp Inline. Had Oil Coming Out Of Prop. I Pulled The Prop To Look At The Seal, It Didn't Look To Bad, But Alot Of Gear Oil. I Drained The Oil Out Of The Foot And There Is Water In It!!!! What Next? What Orings Or Seals Do I Need To Replace?

    Mariner inline 6 oil coming from prop

    I put the muffs on my 86 90 hp inline today. After running it for a few min. and shut it off i noticed some blackish, gray oil coming out from the end of the prop. It smelled like gear oil..     1986 90 hp Mariner inline have a thermstat?

    I just bought a 1986 Mariner 90 hp inline 6 and was wondering if it has a thermstat. I bought a clymer manual that coves several diffrent engines, but I cant find the thermstat on the inline. I'm going to replace the impeller but don't know about the thermostat and if it has one.... HELP

    I just bought a 16' fiberglass Bass boat that seems to be really nice with a 1986 90 hp Mariner inline 6 . My only concern is that it is rated for 75 HP max.
