    Nitro Trailers Brakes stuck on?

    On the nitro trailer rite near the tongue there is a little dial type switch that prevents your trailer from backing up when turned. However my trailers button wont turn and when it does it only backs up for a couple of feet and locks up the tires again. I dont know what this is? any suggestions...
