My 60 hp Johnson runs intermittant speeds.. at low or hi speeds.. and is very slow to plane out of the hole... The bottom cylinder seems not to be doing anything, toook the cyd. cover off and bottom cyd. walls look smooth... I checked the coils and actually moved them around nothing changes...
