Motor starts, idles, & seems to run fine up to 3000 rpm. Anything above that and it bogs down, looses power, and runs poorly. Especially when pushing the lever to full power. Ease back on the throttle and drop back to below 3/4 throttle and it smooths out and runs fine. Have changed plugs...
