i have a 1992 40 hp johnson vj40telenm tiller motor on the tiller handle it has the lever that works the tilt only i have to pull the cover to lift it up is that how it is suppose to work.... or do i have something that needs to be replaced.............. also is there anyway to make it a power...
have a 1992 40 hp johnson can start it and run when i push in the primer and after it seens to run right out of gas. i seen in other posts that it could be the fuel pump or carb cleaning...... is there any way to check the fuel pump to see if it is indeed bad thanks ken
