i finally got the 79 85hp johnson running but i cranked it on muffs and their are two holes on the back of the motor about midway from either end and water is comming out of one of these holes is it supposed to do that

i have a 1979 johnson it had set up for four years after being rebuilt i got the fuel system completly cleaned out was running fine but now will not start the spark plugs are firing and i checked the fuel screen its getting fuel at least to that point any body know what my problem might be:mad:
