Thanks for the quick reply!! It's in the lake but can back the boat to the shoreline. So there's a cover over the cylinder head (the water jacket?) where the thermostat is located?
Replaced the impeller and seems to have a strong pee out the side of the motor. Head temp is slightly over 200 deg F which seems way too high. At that temp (after running 20 minutes or so) the high temp alarm kicks in. Where the hell is the thermostat on this motor? I suspect that's the...
