Have a 115 HP Tower of Power and cleaned out the carbs, tank, fuel pump & lines.... Got her where she idles great however as soon as you try to put in gear and go she bogs down barely breaking 4 MPH.... Any tips appreciated

I have this 74 or 75 motor as a replacement for my Quantum boat.... There is a line coming out of the power trim that contains 2 white wires.... I have no idea where or how to hook these up so I can use it.... Appreciate any input.....
