I have a 1991 Proline with 200 hp V6 outboard w/ 9.9 yamaha 4 stroke kicker. Everything worked fine when I put the boat away in February. Last month, cleaned everything up and got her cranked, no problem. Put in the water and couldn't get the main throttle to advance beyond halfway all day...
