This is my first restore of a boat. The boat was free so i have nothing to lose but time but it does look cool when you imagine what it can be. the question how would replace the transom?
would you put the plywood in first then reskin the back and tie it in?

I am restroring a boat the steering cable is froze but the housing under the dash is good to go but i think the cable housing maybe outdated does any one know where i can get a replacement cable for this?
