    Lookin for a revolutionary idea from one of your great pontoon minds. i have a 21 foot pontoon. no cover. I keep it at my dock all summer.     Boat wont move forward or back! HELP

    I have a 2000 evenrude 40hp. I have no forward or reverse. Prop will free spin with motor off whether its in forward, reverse or neutral. How do i troubleshoot this? koby
